DR. SLIM BEN-HASSINE

Born in 1969, Dr. Slim Ben-Hassine holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (2013) from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, an MBA (2007) from the University of East London, and a European Business Administration degree (1996) from the European Business College in Bonn.  

Dr. Ben-Hassine’s academic background in business administration laid the foundation for his international career. Following his studies, he managed the asset administration for the chairman of a German holding company in the healthcare sector. During this tenure, he supported the company’s IPO and oversaw the establishment and acquisition of various locations across Germany, Switzerland, and Spain.  

Subsequently, Dr. Ben-Hassine served as Commercial Director and Head of HR, building a hotel operating company from its inception to operational launch. He later joined a consulting and project management firm as a consultant, where he restructured the organization, developed new concepts, and led projects in the digital and internet sector.  

Dr. Ben-Hassine then took on the role of Director of Finance & Administration at a software product company, where he was responsible for finance and administration, including cash management, accounting, taxation, investor relations, legal affairs, procurement, and human resources. Following this, he spent several years as Operations Manager at an IT company, managing day-to-day operations. In 2010, Dr. Ben-Hassine successfully founded an internationally active IT service company delivering IT services such as Central Billing to OEM (Vehicle manaufatcurers accross Europe and after sales processes tied to it), which he grew and subsequently sold as part of a successful exit strategy by the end of 2024.  

Dr. Ben-Hassine possesses extensive experience in managing key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction, as well as in establishing and structuring companies both domestically and internationally, with a focus on finance, administration, and organizational development.
